Our commercial and industrial division focuses on commercial builders and industrial customers. We have the flexibility and industry knowledge to provide solutions for most any building-related inquiry. Our services include flat-rate local delivery, volume pricing, cutting services, and fee-based estimating services.
Local Delivery
We offer $60 flat-rate local delivery, which stretches as far north as Marysville, east to North Bend, and south to Federal Way. We’re also happy to deliver within a 5-hour driving radius at an hourly rate and can deliver to freight-forwarding companies that service Alaska, Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Our delivery hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with morning and evening delivery windows. Lead times vary seasonally and with local demand.
For a smooth experience, prep the drop-off space prior to your site or curbside delivery. Dunn Lumber has a diverse and capable fleet to meet your delivery needs.

Volume pricing is available to all Dunn Lumber customers. Pricing levels are based on the purchase volume of business you do with us over the course of a year, which is evaluated annually and adjusted accordingly.
