How does it work?
Joining the Queue is just a text message away.
Text to get in the Queue at a Dunn location before you arrive at the store.
To sign up via text: Find your store below and text the corresponding location code to (206) 237-5296.
Choose what you’d like to get in line for.
Select Place an Order/Information to talk to a trusted Dunn team member, or to place an order once you arrive at the store.
Select Pickup in Store if you’ve already placed an order and would like to pick up your items.
Follow the text prompts to tell us your name and get status updates.
Confirm your place in line.
We’ll let you know your wait time and alert you via text when it’s your turn.
What if I don’t arrive in time?
No problem! Just follow the text message prompts to let us know you need more time. You can also find out how much time is left until your turn, or leave the line—all from your phone. If you need help updating your status, you can always reply with “H” for Help.
What if I forget to join the Queue before I arrive at the store?
No problem! Each store has a Queue Kiosk located at the front desk. Simply select which line you’d like to join and wait for your turn.

We never keep, track, or share your data—including the phone number you use to join the Queue. Our system encrypts your data, making it inaccessible by anyone on our staff or our vendors. You’ll only receive text messages you have opted into regarding your place in line—once your turn is up, you won’t receive any text messages until you sign up to Queue again.
