Dunn Lumber Lynnwood opened in 1995 on the former site of the famed Owl Tavern. In its early days, the store formed a referral partnership with a neighboring hardware store, Thurman Supply, to help compete with big box home improvement stores.

- Take Exit 183 - 164th St. SW
- Go west on 164th St. SW turns into 44th Ave. W. (0.4 miles)
- Turn right onto 168th St. SW (0.1 miles)
- Turn left onto Highway 99 (0.1 miles)
- Dunn Lumber will be on your right
