Dunn Online with Web Track
As advanced as the new POS reporting feature is for our clients, we realize that it is not, at present, the contractor project management system our customers would like.
We are determined to work with our vendor to add features and upgrades to aid ease of use for the new online system and to better serve our online customers. To that end we have begun collecting suggestions from our customers and have already begun a dialogue with the vendor for requested improvements.
We also want to keep our customers informed about progress on addressing the issues raised. We will update our report with new features or upgrades and add any new issues or resolutions.
We have collected the suggestions we have so far into a survey so that our online customers can give us easy feedback on the features and upgrades they would like to see. Take Online Survey

Issue: Drop-down of product categories on the catalog page had some items that were not active when clicked.
Action: All drop-down product items now link to product group.
Issue: Quote would not show up in Account area until after Dunn Lumber had processed it.
Action: Quote now shows up in the account area as soon as it is submitted. Orders will still be considered 'requested' and won't be available until Dunn Lumber takes action on the quote/order.
Issue: User could not see nor select Will Call location while in the quote/order system.
Action: Vendor will add a menu selection to allow the customer to select a location for will call orders within a week or two.
