We understand that at times both professionals and Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts
will have questions about how best to use the products and services we offer
in their endeavor to end up with the best possible result for the project
they are pursuing.
We also recognize that some people prefer to get their advice face-to-face.
With that in mind we are now offering in-store Project Advice appointments
to our valued customers. This system is not an online help system; it is an
online appointment scheduler so that you can arrange to meet in person with a
qualified Dunn representative about your project.
Time is Money
Your time is valuable and this system is designed with that in mind.
We will do our very best to make sure that when you choose to take time
from your busy schedule to discuss your project with us that you feel it
is a worthwhile investment.
We will be balancing the goal of offering a wide selection of
locations and appointment times, with the necessity of matching you
with qualified personnel. Some of the advice types where we offer
appointments require a higher degree of specialized training.
For that reason, those advice types may be limited to certain stores
and limited personnel. Other advice types may fall into categories where a larger number of our staff has received training, and for that reason we will have more locations and appointment times available for you to choose from.
How it Works

and then select a store location and a time. We will need contact information
to help serve you best so please provide that. The details of your appointment
will be E-mailed to you along with contact information for the Advisor assigned.
